10. Data created during use of our Beekay Steel CRM App

Location data : We collect precise or approximate location data from employee mobile devices when the Beekay Steel CRM App is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen).

Beekay Steel CRM App collects such data from the time a trip(after Attendance In) is requested until it is finished(before Attendance Out), and any time the app is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen).

Employees may use the Beekay Steel CRM App without enabling the collection of location data from their mobile devices. However, this may affect certain features in the Beekay Steel CRM App.

In addition, precise location data is collected from an Employee's device during a trip. This data is used for purposes such as employee expense management, employee Attendance, and employee safety.
